1. Business Entity & Service Engagements

RightStack (rightstack.tech) is a digital software and web engineering brand operated by Lurner AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. All formal proposals, client agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), and billing invoices are issued and managed under Lurner AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment for agreed deliverables, clients own all custom code, custom designs, and assets created specifically for their project, subject to standard open-source library licenses.

3. Accuracy of Materials

The demonstration prototypes and architectural concepts displayed on RightStack.tech are presented for illustrative purposes to showcase technical capability, UX methodology, and component engineering.
